2007 Diversity Officer Leadership Award (DOLA)
This award is presented by Diversity Best Practices annually to those individuals who innovate, inspire, and work above and across corporate borders to strengthen and grow the entire diversity sector. We honor top diversity thought leaders who generously and unselfishly share wisdom and best practices with their peers. The individuals are nominated by their own Network/Affinity Group, Employee Resource Groups (ERG) and Business Resource Groups (BRG) leadership. The thought leaders who receive awards implement outstanding ideas and provide extraordinary support in promoting their groups internally for employee engagement and customer focus as well as externally as ambassadors to the community.
