Dr. Rohini Anand, Senior Vice President and
Global Chief Diversity Officer

Dr. Anand is responsible for the strategic direction, implementation and alignment of Sodexho’s integrated global diversity initiatives and strategy. In her prior role as Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for Sodexho USA, she was responsible for Sodexho’s compliance, community outreach and diversity and inclusion initiatives in the US.
In this role, Dr. Anand provided leadership for Sodexho’s diversity and inclusion strategy and its integration into Sodexho’s strategic imperatives and its HR and business structures and processes to include the comprehensive diversity learning strategy, state of the art mentoring initiatives, and work/life effectiveness initiatives.
Dr. Anand is a leading expert in the field of diversity and inclusion, a frequent presenter at national and international conferences and has made numerous appearances on national TV.
Dr. Anand is a published author, noted conference presenter, and author of several manuals and trade journal articles. Dr. Anand sits on several boards including, the Women’s Foodservice Forum, the MultiCultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance, the National MultiCultural Institute, the Johnetta B. Cole Global Diversity and Inclusion Institute, ORC’s Global Diversity Advisory Board, ACTSO Board of the NAACP and the Corporate and Philanthropic Council of the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities and the Asian and Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund.

Effenus Henderson, Chief Diversity Officer
Effenus Henderson is responsible for overseeing workforce representation, EEO, diversity, and inclusion activities for over 47,000 employees globally. As Chief Diversity Officer, he advises the CEO and senior management team on diversity related matters and is a recognized expert in the area.
At Weyerhaeuser Henderson and his team have been very active in the establishment of WBEA (Weyerhaeuser Black Employees Alliance), iHOLA (Hispanic for Outstanding Leadership and Advancement), WIA (Women in Action), ACCESS (Providing Awareness that Conquers Challenges while Ensuring Safety and Support) for people touched by disability, Generation Next, COLORS - Community Overcoming Labels, Opening minds, & Reducing Stereotypes – focused on the GLBTQ community, Weyerhaeuser Asian Business Network, and an emerging group focused on Veterans. Each group is helping to focus on one or more of the strategic diversity initiatives at Weyerhaeuser.
Henderson serves as a Trustee, National Urban League Board and member of its Executive Committee. Additionally he serves as Western Regional Board, Boy Scouts of America. Henderson also serves the Northwest Advisory Council for the United Negro College Fund.
Henderson serves as a member of the Board of Advisors, School of Business, Florida A & M University. Henderson also serves as Vice Chair, Attrition Retention Consortium, and is a member of the Institute for Inclusion.

Loretta Young Walker, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Loretta Young Walker oversees recruitment, compensation, training and development, performance management and succession planning within Turner’s respective domestic networks and businesses, as well as the HR specialists and shared-services areas. Walker also has executive oversight of the company’s coordinated diversity efforts and talent-management strategies, works closely with Turner’s international HR organization and represents Turner on the Time Warner Human Resources Council.
Her leadership has resulted in the strategic focus and execution of diversity as one of Turner’s core operating principles. Her tireless commitment to the Business Resource Groups, divisional diversity working groups and other corporate initiatives that support Turner’s core values have made Walker an industry leader in driving diversity as a growth strategy for Turner Broadcasting.
Prior to accepting her current position, Walker served as senior vice president of human resources and recruiting for the TBS, Inc. entertainment division. In this position she oversaw human resources field operations, recruitment and staffing matters for the company’s entertainment networks and businesses, as well as for Turner’s Technology & Operations group.
Walker is a Betsy Magness Leadership Institute fellow. She is president of the board of directors of Warren/Holyfield Boys & Girls Club; a member of the boards of the Emma Bowen Foundation and the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Cable (NAMIC); and a graduate of the NAMIC Executive Leadership Development program.

Lieutenant Colonel Shirley S. Raguindin,
State Diversity Coordinator & Supervisory HR Specialist (Labor Relations) – Arizona National Guard

Lt. Colonel Raguindin served as Cadet Corps Commander for Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps. Following her graduation she was commissioned a Second Lieutenant and began active duty service in the US Air Force.
Her initial assignment began with the Yokota Air Base, Japan where she served as Weather Wing Office and then Chief, Social Actions at Fairchild AFB, WA. Her staff earned the 1991 Strategic Air Command Outstanding Social Actions of the Year award.
Joining the Arizona Air National Guard in 1992, Lt Col Raguindin was assigned to the 162nd Fighter Wing as Chief, Social Actions, and earned the Air National Guard’s Outstanding Social Actions of the Year award. She has served as the State Equal Employment Manager, the Governor’s Equal Opportunity and Diversity Council, Adjunct Instructor for the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, State Classification Specialist, and Joint Staff Personnel Officer.
In her full time duties, she serves in the Arizona National Guard Human Resources Office as the Supervisory Human Resources Specialist in charge of Labor Relations. She also serves as State Diversity Officer and is responsible for preparing and implementing statewide plans, strategies and goals to address the management and development of more than 7000 personnel through diversity initiatives. Under her leadership the Arizona National Guard achieved a 300% increase in Department of Defense and National Guard Bureau nationwide recognition for diversity initiatives in 2007. She has also been recently selected as one of 2007’s 100 Most Influential Filipinas in the U.S. by Filipina’s Women’s Network.
