This award is for thought leaders who demonstrate innovation, inspiration and support for their company’s employee networks. Individuals will be nominated by their own Network/Affinity Group, ERG and BRG leadership. The nominees will have exemplified outstanding ideas and support in promoting their groups internally for employee engagement and customer focus and externally as ambassadors to the community and their company’s customer base. The award winners will be recognized at the DOLA Awards Luncheon on Friday, November 2nd.
