The annual award is presented to an individual who has made pioneering steps on behalf of women and people of color in the workplace and community. Such strides are not limited to internal initiatives but have extended beyond the boundaries of the corporation, resulting in a positive impact on business and the community at large. The winner of the award serves as an innovative and inspirational leader. He or she possesses leadership traits and is a role model for others. The award winners will be recognized at the Leadership Luncheon on Thursday, November 1st.
