After completing a two-year appointment as Executive Vice President of Diversity Initiatives for MTV Networks, O’Neale returned to engaging and electrifying audiences with stories from her first book, 7Keys 2Success: Unlocking the Passion for Diversity and sharing her thoughts about her premier workshop topics: Diversity, Effective Communications, Leadership, Women and Gender Issues, Talent Management, Creating Inclusivity and Achieving Excellence.

Over the past 13 years, Rosalyn has taught the 7Keys 2Success® principles to executives and leaders in more than twenty-five countries.

As Vice-President of Product Marketing, Steve leads a team that is responsible for the strategic planning of Monster’s North American business and serves as the primary interface for sales, marketing, customer service and Monster’s customers.

As Chief Diversity Officer, he leads Monster’s internal commitment to diversity focused on five critical areas: programs and communication, culture of inclusion, fairness and equal opportunity, composition and retention of a diverse workforce, and community outreach. He is believed to be the first Chief Diversity Officer of an Internet company.

Diversity Leadership Officer Awards Luncheon

Regina Testa is responsible for developing the strategies and implementing the marketing programs that will augment production color and monochrome channels of distribution as well as print volumes and revenues on a global basis for both Xerox and its customers.

Prior to this assignment, Testa was the Vice President/General Manager of Quick & Franchise Print segment within the WW Graphic Arts Industry Business Unit (GAIB). 
Prior to joining GAIB, Testa was the Vice President, Marketing for the Color Solutions Business Team in Office Document Products Group (ODPG).

Testa has more than 25 years of management experience in a variety of financial, operational, product delivery and marketing roles.
